Is Pope Francis saying it might be time to allow condoms?

I don't know. Just saw this on the news wires.  Haven't heard it on the television/cable news.  Nor have I seen it across the blogosphere.  We'll have to wait and see.  It would be characteristic of the man, as well as the stereotypes of liberal Latin American liberation theologies.  But he might not be saying it at all.  In today's world, you can't even spell things out in crayon that people don't parse it the way they want.  But maybe we'll know more in the not-to-distant.
