To find an insightful take on the news about Pope Benedict's resignation.  While everyone seems to be either attacking Benedict, defending Benedict, praising Benedict, or pondering why the Church won't elect someone who will benefit me, Mr. McDonald posts one beautifully reflective piece on just what it must be like to take on the mantle of such an ancient and sacred position.  Worth the read. Sort of a still small voice in the thunderous shouting of the modern media age.
