Well done African United Methodists

In some ways, either Africa or Asia remain the best hope for the Christian Faith. Here is a grand example.  There is some hope in other areas like Indonesia, which has a fast growing Christian community despite barriers and obstacles put in by the Islamic dominated goverment.

Nonetheless, as ones on the front lines of Islamic expansion, or wrangling with life and death issues at the core of survival, they don't seem to have much tolerance for compromise just so everyone at the best parties will think we're swell.   Since that seems to be the biggest weapon used against Christians today - the fear of not being liked by all the beautiful people - it seems that Christian communities in these locations might be the best hope for the future. We'll see.

  1. That is good news for Christianity. However, at home we have so called "Catholic apologists" who find nothing wrong with this. (Just wanted to share this with you for your thoughts)

Can someone please explain to me which tenet of Christianity, or interpretation of the first amendment, is at stake in preparing a joint tax return for a same-sex couple?

    1. Typical. There are those trying to keep one foot in the Gospel and one in the emerging Left. Then there are those prepared to jump both feet into the Left.

    2. And the left becomes their gospel. That pathos group is nothing more than leftist apologists now

    3. Yes, and a dangerous one at that. Like most of the Left, in its desperation, it's getting dangerous and making its designs clear. Those on Patheos going where the Left's evils go are the mischief.

  2. It's going to get really weird if the Christians AND Muslims start uniting against the Left. I know the Left seems to believe it could unite with Muslims against the Christians but...

    1. I think Muslims might see themselves as Treebeard: not on anyone's side because nobody is altogether on their side. Or wait while both sides destroy the citadel and then stroll on in.
