Ross Douthat on the surprising news about marriage

Over at the New York Times, Ross Douthat has taken on the recent studyl that finds low educated, lower income Americans not being the religious conservative types everyone thought.  At least in terms of marriage, it looks like they are living the love'em and leave'em Hollywood ethic more than the upper class, highly educated, white collar types.  The Internet, media, and blogs have been buzzing on this for the last day or so.  It does seem a bit confusing.  We thought those uneducated types at least clung to their religion.  We thought those upper class college grads lived a life of no rules, just right.  It's an interesting take on an eye opening reality.
