Well this is weird

So female porn stars are joining the Weinstain wagon and saying that male porn stars sexually assaulted them (not surprising warning: some graphic descriptions in this ironically headlined article). 

No lawyer here, but I'd think on the job assault accusations would be devilishly difficult to prove in these cases.  But again, we're watching the West slip into madness, which is the last step before terror and dark ages. 

We're already at a point where people increasingly have no problem saying that someone should be punished simply because he is accused (I'm looking at you Tom Steyer).  Why wrangle about due process and the rule of law when we can jump to mob rule and move straight to the scaffold?

So you never know.  We might be at a stage where a woman's accusation can wait until after the cigarette and still carry weight.  Our society has become that stupid.  It's almost as if we found freedom too difficult, and will settle for mob rule and tyranny, as long as it applies to everyone else.  Just like we approach terrorist attacks - acceptable as long as they strike everyone else.
