Words fail me

Alice Cooper and Colonel (Harland) Sanders from the decade that taste forgot
I was going to post something witty, but I just couldn't come up with something that outdid the picture itself.  I thought and thought - Alice Cooper and Col. Sanders, Alice Cooper and Col. Sanders.  But nothing came to mind that wasn't said in the picture.  A picture, they say, is worth a thousand words.  In this case, those thousand words still didn't do it justice.

  1. Alice Cooper was always a good deal more mainstream in his personal life than his entertainment personae; Sanders led a much more colorful life than his Kentucky Colonel personae. They would have had a surprising amount in common.

    1. I remember Dave Thomas (founder of Wendy's) saying something about how Sanders' rhetoric was not always drawing room level. And I know Cooper has been a pretty broad fellow himself. It's just - the picture. :)
