Why I am not Methodist

Yep.  Another Protestant denomination finds out that you can't, you just can't, compromise with the secular Left.  There is no compromise.  There is only apostasy and conversion.  Anything less, and you will remain on the side of the bigots and homophobes, the racists and sexists, the Nazis and Conservatives, and will deserve to be lumped into the same category as death camp guards and Spanish inquisitors and American settlers.

Of course this brave and courage move won't be enough.  The Methodists will likely cave, or do what Protestants do, and split and form yet another version of the Church.  If the Methodists decide to go all nice, however, and change their teachings to embrace and affirm this brave troop of heroes, then they're only biding time.  Eventually there will be another challenge to the precepts of the Faith, and if they don't change again, it will be back to the side of the bigots and the homophobes, the racists and the sexists, and, well, you get the point.
