Sure, we don't become perfect after confession. But at some point he should have abandoned at least his social media presence since that seems to be where he is the worst. Those who have seen him in public say he's nowhere near the same. It's a very passive-aggressive thing he's got going that leads him constantly to sin. If his friends and colleagues gave a rip, they'd tell him to walk away from this continual near occasion of sin.
