He initially was geari...He had to change his major. He initially was gearing toward a career as a gourmet chef. He cooks about as well as anyone I've ever known. He can make a steak or roast with the tenderness of a loaf of bologna and ten times tastier. But as he was going he suddenly came down with a fatal food allergy - seafood. It's so bad he can't be in a Walmart if they're cleaning the fish counters on the other side of the store. That threw him off course, and he spent about a year sorting out his other interests. Once he boiled those down, he decided to go full throttle - though he still retains his interest as an amateur chef. I told him of Vincent Price, who acted in order to support his love for gourmet cooking and art collecting. The same could be here. <br /><br />Plus, he feels the academy is in dire need of a new generation to hold the ground against the rising tides, which isn't bad either.
